How to Enter
Beginning November 15, 2009 at 9:00a.m. Eastern Time (ET) until April 30, 2010 at 5:00p.m. Eastern Time (ET) (the 'entry period'), you may enter the Broadstripe Weekly Service Giveaway online at www.broadstriperewards.com/offers.php and completing the online entry form (limit one entry per valid email address, per eligible person, per day).

Eligibility
This contest is open only to legal residents of the US territories, possessions and commonwealths who are 18 years of age or older excluding employees and members of their households and immediate families (spouses, parents, siblings, children and their respective spouses) of Broadstripe.

How the winner will be determined
One weekly winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries each Wednesday at 5:00 PM during the Sweepstakes period. The Broadstripe account holder will be contacted either in person, by phone or email. Weekly drawings will begin Wednesday November 25, 2009.

Other terms and conditions
By entering the raffle, all entrants consent to the use of their name, photograph, likeness, biography, voice and/or video for advertising and promotional purposes, including online announcements, worldwide and without limitation and without additional compensation except where prohibited by law. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

All costs, taxes, fees and expenses associated with a prize or the acceptance and use of any element of a prize not specifically addressed herein are the sole responsibility of the respective winners.

Weekly Prize
One (1) Weekly Prize winner shall win a $50.00 USD credit on their Broadstripe Bill.

All prize winners must be at least 18 years of age.
